Since 1998, Benoit made part of the “club of the devourers of chocolate” guide for the quality of its chocolates, and especially for his famous “Concerto”, nature ganache covered with a layer of bitter chocolate, or well “Lille 2004”, delicious praline almonds/hazelnuts in bursts of speculoos on bed of gianduja. This delicacy was invented on the occasion of the event “LILLE, capital European culture”.
