Grand’Place – Place of the goddess – Place of General de Gaulle
All at the top of this column, we discover a statue of goddess, who gave his name to this place. The place of general De Gaulle (the third name given to this place), you can access other parts of the city, like the old Lille (its cobblestones, its typical streets, shops, galleries, museums), the street of Bethune (main pedestrian shopping street of the capital of Flanders), street national (with among others his store “Spring”) the place Rihour (with the office of tourism of Lille).
