David Brésard  artist and Baker, a former finalist of the best workers in France in 2004, settled in the oldest bakery in Lille, build in 1686. The bakery also serves tea with lunch formulas. You can also find a shop with regional products for gourmet food lovers. This baker has other talents, such as painting and sculpture. The name of its brands it creates in the city of Lille, which is a tribute to his companion name (he was a member of the Companions duty in the bakery). David Brésard, is the grand-son of Eugene Dodeigne a famous artist.
