L’huitrière, boutique, restaurant, poissonnerie et épicerie fine à Lille
Son histoire commence en 1882, avec la mie en place d’un petit commerce dans la rue basse, où on vendait exclusivement des huîtres et des escargots. C’est seulement en 1908 que Pierre BAILLIEUL, qui n’est autre que l’arrière grand-père des occupants actuels des lieux, développa la vente d’autres produits jusqu’en 1928.
Le restaurant est désormais définitivement fermé depuis fin mars 2015
Puis il décida d’ouvrir une poissonnerie quelques pas plus loin, qui devint tout de suite un restaurant que la notoriété et le succès n’ont jamais quitté (présent dans le Guide Michelin depuis 1930).
