The Flamiche au Maroilles, recipe

    The Flamiche au Maroilles is a typical dish of Nordpas de Calais, it can be accompanied by an excellent green salad.
    The ingredients of the recipe of the Flamiche au Maroilles (for 6 persons)
    150 g flour
    2 eggs
    1.5 DL Oil
    1 Pinch of salt
    12 g of chemical yeast
    1 cl of milk
    25 g of butter
    20 CL of Fresh cream
    1 Maroilles
    Preparation time: 20 min
    Cooking time: 15 min
    Preheat oven to 200 °.
    Prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients, except the Maroilles.
    Spread the dough and let it stand for about 1 hour to make it rise.
    Put the dough in a pie pan, make the edges.
    Beat the eggs and the cream.
    Cover with 5 mm thick slices of Maroilles, taking care to scrape the crust.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 200 °.
